In 50 years of experience, Bonizzi s.r.l. has followed the evolution of U.H.T. System to improve quality and innovation.
The U.H.T. process, whereby milk is processed at ultra high temperature for few seconds before being packaged in aseptic cartons without the additions of preservatives, makes it possible to keep the nutritional properties for a long time and at room temperature.
Today the factory has the capacity storage of raw materials of 500.000 litres, an annual production of 75 millions liters, 7 Tetrapack machines for filling different sizes (from 200 ml to 20 kg), internal storage capacity for more than 3.000 pallets.
